RED HILLS ROAD JERK FISH RECIPE  HOME

 
INGREDIENTS
5 lbs fish fillet 
2 cups tomatoes diced
cup honey
tsp salt
tsp black pepper
1 cup Jamaican jerk sauce 
 
PREPARATION
1. Scar the fish on both sides and marinate with the sauce outside and inside fish then cover in honey.
2. Place fish on hot grill 'till seared on both sides the set aside.
3. Place foil on grill, oil. Return fish onto foil pour in marinade and wrap allow to steam in juices for hour.
